Love the DVD program

I love the DVD program. Children still have teachers and I just have to listen and make sure they aren't "zoning" out! Love the Math and Language. We have done the program for 2 years and I wouldn't change a thing! It's complete and not over done! Spelling is our challenge but we make it work.

DVD program doesn't mean parent not involved

I enjoy having the DVD program for my kids. It makes our wacky homeschool environment consistent as my husband and I flip flop and both teach our children. Everything's laid out for us, and we use the workbox system (augmented a bit) to keep all of us on the same page. My husband likes that all he has to do is make sure the kids watch their DVD class (he is usually on the computer in the room with them) and if they need to ask him a question then he stops the DVD. I have the room to look at the class over their shoulder. This has really helped 2 working parents manage homeschooling for 2 of our kids.

We love it! It's our first year using it, and honestly, I told my husband that there is NO WAY I could be as articulately entertaining as these talented teachers are!!! A Beka 4th grade teachers are a BLESSING to this homeschooling mom!! Many thanks to them!
