BULLIED by the School System and DSS

WE are feeling BULLIED by the school system and DSS. My sons have a medical condition and they are being picked on for it. The teachers and office staff are trying to turn it around on them and us. This condition is something that our boys can't help.

Just recently my wife and I were arrested for truancy and before that we have an open DSS case. My wife and I can't afford to shell out any $$$ because I'm on a fixed income. We can't afford any legal help, fines, court cost or jail time. We just don't know what else to do?! This is the only way we can think of to stop all the CRAP that we are going through. I am truly sorry for the unfortunate situation you and your family are facing right now. This is a tough one of which I have no experience or authority to give you any legal advice. The only recommendation I have would be to seek counsel through Home School Legal Defense - www.hslda.org. They will be able to guide you in the right direction.
